How to Prepare for an Urgent Appointment

To help us assess your child’s condition as quickly and accurately as possible, we recommend bringing:

  • your child’s health record (child health booklet) and vaccination record;
  • any recent medical reports or photographs of the symptoms;
  • a list of any medications your child is currently taking;
  • your health insurance card.

Having this information available allows us to act promptly while ensuring your child receives safe and comprehensive care.

Our goal is simple: to ensure your child’s health, well-being, and safety—at every moment.
